Welcome to Sarah O’Mary Designs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging in any project with us.

Services Provided

Sarah O’Mary Designs offers graphic design and related creative services, including but not limited to branding, logos, digital artwork, print design, and marketing materials. Specific project details, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Payment & Fees

  • A deposit (percentage or flat rate as specified in your proposal/invoice) is required before work commences.

  • Final payment is due prior to delivery of completed files.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

Revisions

  • Each project includes a specified number of revisions, outlined in the proposal.

  • Additional revisions or requests outside of the original scope will incur extra fees.

Ownership & Copyright

  • Sarah O’Mary Designs retains ownership of all design concepts and drafts created during the project process.

  • Final approved designs, upon full payment, will transfer usage rights to the client for the agreed-upon purpose.

  • Sarah O’Mary Designs retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, websites, and promotional materials.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide clear direction, timely feedback, and all necessary materials (text, images, brand guidelines, etc.) to avoid delays.

  • Delays in communication may result in extended project timelines.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, payments made are non-refundable and any work completed up to the cancellation date will remain the property of Sarah O’Mary Designs.

  • If Sarah O’Mary Designs must cancel a project, any payments received for uncompleted work will be refunded.

Limitation of Liability

Sarah O’Mary Designs is not responsible for:

  • Printing errors, third-party vendor issues, or final output outside of our direct control.

  • Any loss, damages, or claims arising from the use of completed designs.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
